Dr. Barry Kohn gives the cast flu shots while Charles Busch provides commentary explaining why Dr. Kohn is so special, as well as his connection to Charles' play The Tale of the Allergists Wife. Also, Lily Tomlin squeezes Amy Rutberg's hand to distract her while getting her flu shot.
